Dr. Mahmut Selim Ersan, Assistant Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering for being selected as the Dean's Outstanding Faculty in the UND College of Engineering & Mines at the University of North Dakota. The selection is based on job performance, relationships with colleagues, positive attitude, and the ability to relate their work to the College of Engineering and Mines' vision.
