M.S. Student

Victoria holds a B.A. Mathematics and a B.S. in Civil Engineering; she is currently a master's student in Environmental Engineering at the Department of Civil Engineering at the University of North Dakota (UND). Before joining the UND family, she taught math and science to middle and elementary-age students and is currently an Engineering Project Manager for The United States Air Force.

Her current research at UND is focused on how aquifers affect the habitats of endangered species like the blind salamander. Specifically, the impact Perfluorooctane sulfonate (PFOS) and polyfluoroalkyl substance (PFAS) have on the water quality for these endangered species.

Beyond her academic and professional pursuits, Victoria takes pleasure in reading, swimming, hiking with her husband and dog, and spending time with her family.
